Description: Also known as a wet shelter. Home to 15 men and women who would otherwise be homeless and turned away from regular shelters which don't permit alcohol possession or use.
Based on a harm-reduction model that seeks to treat people with severe, long-standing addictions by reducing the harm their habit causes them. Program is supervised but not locked.

Description: GRIP, Paradigm and Perspectives programs are designed for individuals on probation/parole with alcohol/drug-related offenses. GRIP is a six week educational group program for ages 18 and up. Paradigm is a community-based individual/group program for clients aged 18-40. Perspectives is a community-based program for clients aged 12-17. Perspectives and Paradigm are brief intervention substance-specific counselling programs that provide assessment, treatment and aftercare for individuals identified to have substance specific needs.
