Description:Guided Self-Change: Treatment models include: Cognitive Behavioural, Multidisciplinary, and Holistic. Primarily group counselling with some provision for individual counselling. Targeted to individuals 20 to 70 years with mild to moderate alcohol and drug problems. Length of program is 4-6 weeks. Offers treatment sessions where individuals make the major decisions in guiding their own change, including taking the lead in identifying their high-risk situations and identifying the steps they would need to take to make changes in their substance use. Individual counselling sessions offered in French but not group counselling.
Structured Relapse Prevention: Six weekly sessions (with the option of additional sessions for individual counselling). Focuses on helping individuals to identify high-risk situations and to learn skills to deal with these situations.

Description: A 28-day outpatient treatment program for chemically dependent people and their families (ages 16 and older). Goals are abstinence and development of coping skills using education, individual and group therapy. This program offers assessment/referral, home detoxification, pre-treatment group, 28-day outpatient intensive treatment program, and family program with weekly two-year aftercare, Concurrent Disorder (assessment and referral), relapse prevention, crisis intervention, and medical evaluation by an addiction specialist physician.
